Financial Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team.

About the Role:
A Financial Advisor will engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to assist in their financial wellness both in person and through proactive calling efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
To embody a strong client experience culture and realize its impact on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
To listen for clues of financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide effective and customized recommendations.
To consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
To open personal and business accounts.
To develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners.
To ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies.
To support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
To participate in and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end of day debriefs.
To comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
A minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
An understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.
A working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.).
A working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within the company.
