Serves as first point of contact for the organization, screening and directing incoming calls and greeting visitors in person.
Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; collects and processes outgoing mail.
Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and creating corporate office new hire nameplates, packets, and desk kits.
Performs general office duties including managing inventory of supplies, upkeep and distribution of reports, and general correspondence.
Books and arranges conference rooms, conference calls, travel, itineraries, expense reports, and calendars for management/guests.
Prints, scans, and copies legal documents; assists in preparation of travel schedules for Board Meetings.
Prepares forms for reimbursement to Directors for expenses incurred to attend Board Meetings.
Pays City, County and State invoices for multiple properties.
Coordinates and sends weekly packages; runs errands as needed.
Assists with backup duties for the Executive Assistant to the CEO, as needed.

High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of five years' related experience in an administrative/secretarial position.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Knowledge of general office practices, organizational policies, and procedures.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in computer systems and applications including spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
